Amazfit has teased a new smartwatch launch, which is set to be unveiled on Tuesday 14 March.
The teaser on social media makes it pretty clear that a smartwatch is set to launch, and the graphic gives us some serious clues about what it might feature.
It shows the outline of a round-faced smartwatch, with a crown at the 2 o’clock position.
It appears as if this could be the long-awaited Amazfit GTR Mini, which leaked back in January. We covered the rumor back then, and if it comes to fruition, it could be a powerful addition to the budget smartwatch market.

The GTR Mini smartwatch will feature a 1.28-inch 2.5D AMOLED touchscreen display and built-in GPS, making it a well-rounded and aesthetically pleasing device.
It is expected to have a smaller 42mm screen compared to the 46mm screen of the full-sized GTR 4.
Leaked information suggests that the GTR Mini will have a stainless steel case and be available in blue, pink, and black color options.
Over the years we’ve been huge admirers of the various incarnations of the Amazfit GTS Mini, which we feel offers excellent value. In fact, we’ve regularly recommended it over the GTS 4. But with no GTR version, it’s there’s always been major caveats around design.
Now it seems that Amazfit could have its best looking smartwatch, in a unisex and slimline size. And if it follows the $100 price tag of the GTS Mini, we could have a top budget smartwatch on our hands.
