Apple has launched its annual Pride Edition band for 2022 – along with an all-new Pride watch face.

The company has launched special Apple Watch bands and watch faces every year since 2016.

This year the Pride 2022 band takes the form of the Apple Sport Loop, and the fabric band uses the colors of the Pride movement, with black and brown symbolizing Black and Latinx communities and light blue, pink, and white for transgender and non-binary individuals.

It comes in 41mm and 45mm options for the Series 7, but those sizes will fit the 40mm and 44mm cases used from Series 4-6.

Apple has remove a layer of the nylon-woven textile Sport Loop, so the word “pride” appears on the underside, which is rather snazzy (see picture above).

But perhaps our favourite is the Pride Edition Nike Sport Loop, which is a darker band but still with the iconic rainbow colors.

And there’s new Pride Edition watch faces too, which any Apple Watch user can download.

The strands of color on the watch face move when the crown is rotated of the screen is tapped.

And there's a rainbow-coloured Nike Bounce face available for users with an Apple Watch Nike edition.

Here's a list of of all the Pride bands and watch faces to date – of course we don't have a favourite (it's 2021).

And remember you can scroll through previous editions going back to 2018 using Force Press when choosing the Pride face.
