Epson Runsense SF-810 now available

The Epson Runsense SF-810, the daddy of the Japanese company's new GPS watch range, is now available to buy in the UK.

Priced at £299.99, the Runsense SF-810 is the bigger brother to the trio of Runsense watches that were announced back in September. The entry level SF-310 (£149.99) offers basic fitness tracking, the SF-510 (£189) incorporates tap the Smart Stride sensor technology and the SF-710 (£229) features highly customisable interval, pace and lap training features.

The SF-810 takes the range a step further by adding an optical heart rate sensor to the mix so, as with the Adidas miCoach Smart Run and the TomTom Runner Cardio, there's no need to wear a separate chest strap for bpm training.

The Runsense SF-810 is also good for cycling and there's an indoor mode for when you're at the gym with treadmill running supported with distance, pace, laps, intervals, speed and calorie burn tracking all on offer.

For serious runners, interval training is on board too, as well as PB tracking and pace-setting.
