One of our biggest gripes about the otherwise excellent Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 is battery life – but there are a few nifty tricks to ensure it doesn’t die on you.

If you need to charge your Samsung Galaxy Watch, the supplied charging puck is the best way. This offers the fastest way to charge your watch.

It comes with a USB-C plug, but there’s no plug in the box, which means you’ll need to plug it into the laptop, or a USB-C adaptor.

You can also use any Qi wireless charger to power up your smartwatch. That means you don’t need the supplied charger, and these are often available publicly.

But what if your USB-C puck is sitting at home and you need to charge on the move?

Well, a nifty trick is Samsung’s own Wireless PowerShare. It’s a feature that turns your smartphone into a Qi wireless charger so that you can juice up your Samsung Galaxy Watch on the move.

5.    Turn phone over and place the Watch on the case

Now you just need to turn the phone over and place the Galaxy Watch on the back. You need to line it up fairly centrally, but you will get a prompt to shift position if you find it’s narrowly missing the prime spot.
